Google Web Fonts (local embedding)
Our website uses Web Fonts provided by Google. These Google fonts are locally installed so that a connection to Google’s servers will not be established and no information will be transmitted to Google.
AWStats (Web Statistics)
In order to be able to evaluate our website statistically, we use the program AWStats. The program is free web analysis software. It is used to evaluate log files that web servers create on the basis of visitor inquiries. The program does not use cookie files for the evaluation. The statistical analysis takes place via the log files, which contain the following information:
- the page from which our website was accessed ("referrer"),
- the content accessed,
- the date and time of the query,
- the amount of data transferred,
- the access status (file transferred, file not found etc.)
- a description of the type of web browser used,
- the IP address
The log files contain IP addresses or other data that enable an assignment to a user. This could be the case, for example, if the link to the website from which the user accesses the website or the link to the website to which the user switches contains personal data. The data is also stored in the log files of our system. A storage of this data together with other personal data of the user does not take place. The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the log files is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.f GDPR.The storage in log files takes place in order to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context. Our legitimate interest in data processing according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.f GDPR also lies in these purposes. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. This takes place after 30 days at the latest. The collection of the data for the provision of the website is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. There is consequently no possibility of objection on the part of the user.
In contrast to other statistical programs, no data is transmitted to an external server with AWStats. The program is installed on its own server. This also avoids the transmission of data to third parties.

The data will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances without express prior consent. The form data is also temporarily stored in the database of our content management system in the event of a malfunction of the mail system and for any collected download that may be necessary and then deleted.
If you want the data entered to be deleted immediately, please send an email directly to the address given on our contact page.
